Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will help ensure meetings and regional activities run smoothly by providing safe transport, preparing venues and equipment, delivering meeting notifications and assisting constituents and other stakeholders.Your work will include buying supplies, helping with meeting and camping facilities, cooking and food service, and packing away equipment after events. You will also maintain attendance records, help keep venues clean and safe, and communicate with colleagues about any issues affecting activities.
